Obtain funding
Often it can be difficult to secure funding on new developments, particularly in the public sector, without being able to demonstrate clearly the vision and purpose of the building. Our CGI’s have helped architects, PPP’s and PFI’s demonstrate their vision and have helped them to secure funding.
We were approached by the architects of Newcastle Hospitals PFI to create a number of CGI’s in order to help them secure the necessary funding to build a new Cancer and Renal Services facility at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. Working with the architects we illustrated their initial designs showing the main entrance and style of the new building. Funding was secured and construction is currently underway.
